Turn key installation of complete lines (including utilities, product supply, ...) or stand alone machine. Seamco is your single contact for implementing your machine, your line, your factory. If you wish we can provide the complete installation of piping or other utilities. Our project managers and technicians take care of transports, planning, installation, training and commissioning. You follow the status of your projects on-line on our secured webpages.
After sales service and spare parts. You need training for new operators, technicians? .... an unexpected breakdown? ... spare parts to be ordered? Our after sales manager is on stand-by to assist you and provide you with a swift solution. Services can vary from all-in maintenance contracts to individual interventions or revisions. Within limits we can service third party bottling machines.
Productivity improvement systems. Seamco uses a powerfull line monitoring and analysing tool that can be implemented without intervening in PLC's or computers of your machines. We collect information in real time of all your machines, regardless whether they are supplied by Seamco or not. Over different screens you will be able to identify the real bottlenecks in your chain.
Our repeat ratio, i.e. the number of projects obtained with existing customers is continously increasing and this with growing sales. 55% of turnover in 2005 was realised with existing customer. A proof of customer satisfaction.
