Why this Privacy Statement?
Every person (hereafter the “User”) who visits or uses the Website discloses a certain amount of personal data. The personal data is information which allows Seamco to identify you as a natural person, regardless of whether we actually do this. All data we collect for this purpose is processed in an honest and legal way on the Nucleus secure servers. Nucleus is a holder of the ISO 27001 certificate for data security.
The servers of Nucleus are located in Belgium. This means data processing does not take place outside the EU. Nucleus uses a Data Protection Officer who monitors all procedures relating to the processing of your data. He ensures your privacy.

We can share your data with Mailchimp. This is software for email marketing. We use data sharing to monitor the effectiveness of our email campaign.
