Seamco has introduced the single-column rotation Master 500 palletizer. The Master 500 offers several benefits over the previous model. Capacity has been increased from 400 to 500 pieces per hour. It now features SEW motors and a standard Siemens S7 PLC controller instead of a customer-specific controller.
The Master 500’s movement is very precise, making it suitable for applications such as the placement of bottles in and out of crates. The machine is easy to use and maintain. Rapid conversion for different products is possible and a wide range of accessories is available.
