PACKAGING MACHINE DISTRIBUTOR TAKES ON FILLING MACHINES
Seamco and Sneyders Machine Manufacturing recently agreed on the takeover by Seamco of Sneyders’ business. Sneyders is a leading manufacturer of linear filling machines for liquid products. With this acquisition Seamco can provide more and better solutions for filling machines for liquid products. The acquisition will be completed in the first quarter of 2012.

Seamco is the Benelux-based specialist in filling and packaging machines for liquid products. As a distributor and turnkey contractor, it partners with manufacturers of filling, capping, labelling and packaging machines.
Sneyders Machine Manufacturing
Sneyders Machine Manufacturing is a company with over 25 years’ experience in the development and production of linear filling machines for liquid products. The company focuses on producers and bottlers of oils, soaps, detergents, personal care and chemical products.
Sneyders’ activities will be integrated within Seamco. The combination of Sneyders’ engineering talent and the current Seamco machine offerings enables a quicker and better response to the needs of businesses requiring filling with liquid products.
